Vesna Grimaldi, what a name! What a story !

Corsica has settled in Paris. After the “Aiguilles de Bavella” where Vesna has accustomed us to her warm welcome and friendliness, here she is now in Paris. First “A la Châtaigne”, rue de Miromesnil, then as if that were not enough, it is near the place Beauvau in her new “REFUGE” “L’ORRIU DI BEAUVAU” that she makes us relive our memories vacation. We still find her as anxious to share her passion for Corsica. Even if the atmospheres are different, but the concern for the authenticity of the cuisine of the country is still present.

We cook according to the seasons, we respect local products. “A la Châtaigne” offers traditional family cuisine, “L’Orriu du Beauvau” invites you to discover the scents of the maquis and the sea.
Chef Yann Rebillard has also fallen in love with our island and does not cease to make us discover new flavors. Its pleasure always further in the discovery, our pleasure that of letting you carry away and dream!
